Can you set up a computer not purchased from you?

Yes! It doesn't matter where you have purchased your machine and whether it is straight out of the box or reconditioned, we can help set it up.
How much does this service cost?

Our charge depends on how much work you need us to do. Generally, we find that our customers only need help with a few of the things from our Installation service. Please contact us so we can ask a few simple questions to give an accurate cost.

Will my data be safe when my machine is being repaired?

In most cases your data will remain safe while we repair your machine.
However in a few instances like hard drive failure or Ransom Ware infection part or all of your data may be lost. We will always let you know all the facts before we start working on your machine.
How much will my repair cost?

Without first diagnosing the cause of your problem it is hard to give an accurate cost of repair. However when you speak to one of our technicians they will be able to give you an estimate.
